Policies

All merchandise sold by J Robinson Intensive Camps is subject to our return policy (see below). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise in its original purchase condition within the first 14 days and we will promptly exchange, refund, or credit your account. Please enclose a copy of your Invoice/Receipt when returning any item so it can be properly credited.

ORDERING
We accept orders online or via telephone. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders accepted. Please fill in all applicable blanks completely.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the processing of your order. When ordering be sure to include the Item Code and Description as listed on the website. Also include size and exact quantity of each item. Please be sure to enclose payment with order.

PAYMENT
All orders must include check, money order, authorized school/business PO or credit card information before they can be processed. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please do not send cash. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $30 or the maximum allowed by law. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. 

PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders are accepted via fax, email or mail only (phone calls will not be accepted). Purchase orders must be drawn on an official purchase order form or letterhead and signed by an authorized official.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
We will ship most items within 48 business hours from the time the order was placed (weekends & holidays excluded). Depending on the shipping method chosen, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

The standard shipping method is UPS or Priority Mail. For online orders, shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout. For all other orders, shipping charges will be applied based on UPS and US Mail service rates. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like to receive an exact shipping/handling quote.

UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select are options for express shipping. All orders received before 12 PM (noon) CST M-F will be shipped that same day. No delivery hour is guaranteed or implied. Express orders received after 12 PM (noon) CST M-F or on weekends are guaranteed to ship the following business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturday.

Complete order information and payment is essential to begin processing your order. J Robinson Intensive Camps will give every attempt to meet all stated delivery schedules but assumes no liability for delays due to conditions over which we have no control.

If merchandise was damaged in shipment you must report the damage at once to your local carrier (UPS or Post Office). You MUST hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim will be honored.

If you qualify for free shipping, orders will not be shipped priority mail. 

CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Some items online are listed under any form of the words “CLOSEOUT’, ‘CLEARANCE’, or ‘SPECIAL’ – there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on these items.

PRICES/COLORS
We reserve the right to change any price at any time without notice. All prices are in US dollars. Due to the printing process color settings on your computer screen, please keep in mind when choosing colors that the actual shades could easily vary from the online illustration.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
If we have made a mistake in filling your order or your merchandise was damaged during shipment please accept our apologies and return the item(s) with proof of purchase and we will exchange the item(s) or issue a credit. We will refund actual shipping costs from a UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or an incorrect shipment. We will not refund shipping costs on express services.

If you would like to exchange or return your merchandise for another reason, please contact us and let us know what the problem is. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping if you choose to return an item for a reason that was not a mistake that we made (e.g. shipping the wrong item/size).

If you should decide to return merchandise, please do so within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of original order date. Please ship returns to: J Robinson Intensive Camps – 2520 E Hennepin Ave – Minneapolis, MN 55413. We recommend UPS Ground or Priority mail.

Sorry no returns/exchanges on but not limited to the following items:
- Clearance items
- Discontinued items
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after original order date
- Any media (book, CD, DVD, etc.) that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, used damaged, soiled or is missing parts
- Any item that arrives undamaged and as expected including the correct printing, size, and color (i.e. no returns for an items you just decide you don't want once it arrives).

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged by the carrier that the customer has used to return merchandise. Please ensure your packages and keep a receipt so that you can make a claim with the shipping company if a package is lost or damaged before or when it reaches us.
